We all do it.
I heart ihop's coffee. It's the BEST! I have a hard time when we go down there for breakfast, because I know how it tastes, so the aroma nearly drives me crazy. The first time we went there after I had given up the stuff was very difficult, and I finally gave in to temptation and had two sips of my hubby's cuppa. OMG! Was it HEAVEN!
BIG mistake. BIG mistake! While it didn't bother my tummy, I kept craving it for months afterwards -- actually I still do. It's a big mistake to give in to temptation; it's just SOOOO not worth it! We suffer so as a result!
It's especially difficult when you're with someone else at the time. When we're by ourselves, we can be strong, but when we're not alone, our companion(s) are gonna eat something that we can't have -- it's a given -- and we have to learn to resist. It's REALLLLY hard, I know!
On the other hand, those resultant D attacks are pretty powerful "teachers"!
