In fact I know a lot of people have them listed for what they eat for breakfast every morning. Just look at the ingredients...a lot of them have dairy in them. I can eat the plain and the blueberry lenders, but again I am not sure about the IBS-C. Hope that helps some. (I am still new to this too!) Welcome to the boards!
