I read one of Bev's postings earlier this morning about drinking V8 juice after you had filled up on soluble fiber of course & it helped me out (I tried a tropical blend). It didn't clean me up out 100%, but it did help. At this point I'll take whatever I can get:). I was only able to drink about 1/2 of a 16oz bottle (it was a tad tart for me). I hope this helps.
