I received an e-mail yesterday from my office about this, thought I would share. I don't use them myself but i've seen some of you do...
In Oct of 01 my sister started getting very sick. She had stomach spasms and having a hard time getting around. Walking was a chore. It took everything to get out of bed. By March 02 she had undergone tissue and muscle biopsies and was on 24 RX meds. They did not know what was wrong with her. She just knew she was dying she put her house her bank accts etc. in her daughters name to make sure the younger ones were taken care of. She wanted a last hoorah she planned a trip to FL. in a wheelchair for MArch 22. I called to check on her she said they did not find anything with her blood work. Someone e-mailed me and asked if she drank diet sodas. She did. i told my sister not to drink another one. My sister called 32 hours later after stopping the diet soda, she could walk. The spasms went away, she felt alot better. She went to her doctor and brought the e-mail about this to them. She called me after she returned home. The Dr. was amazed and she was going to call her patients with MS to see if they drank these. In a nutshell she was being poisoned by Aspartame and literally dying from it. She did go to Fl. no wheelchair nothing!!!

In 01 it was the USA had a epidemic of MS and Lupus. This also implys that people with Fibro. spasms, shooting pains, numbness in your legs, cramps, vertigo and dizziness, tinnitus, headaches, joint pain, unexplained depression, anxiety attacks, you could have aspartame poisoning. I shortened this e-mail but I hope you all get it with what I have posted. Like I said I received this in a e-mail .
I'm not trying to scare anyone but I do think everyone should have the opp. to discuss and decide if this stuff is causing them additional problems sometimes life threatning.

This means nutra-sweet, equal, and spoonful!!!!!!!!
Stevia is safe it's a sweet herb.
