Currently I do the Miralax and just switch to the Zelnorm for a bad attack and than switch back to the miralax after about a week. This seems to work ok for me. I have been on miralax for over 3 years and haven't built up a tolerance to it yet! Hopefully, it will continue to work for you as well! -------------------- Taking it one day at a time.....
