I've been taking it for like 6 months now and I CAN tell the difference if I don't take it. If I eat something borderline not good for me, and I haven't taken it, I will definitely pay for it. I don't know how long I will continue to take it, guess I need to talk to my dr about it next time I go in, but for the time being it works for me. Maybe its just psychological...LOL!
