Re: 1/2 tsp?       04/13/04 06:34 AM Edit Reply Quote Lilybear Reged: 04/05/04 Posts: 172 Loc: east coast, usa hello, oh i'm sorry i made you worry. i'm the one who uses 1/2 tsp. i just started and i plan to to increase it. i used to take 1 tsp of metamucil but that doesn't work for me anymore, so i started on citrucel just last week. i'm sure you are doing fine. everyone is different in what they take, eat, etc. i read in the book that i can take it in the morning and after dinner. and the fibercon tablets before meals. i just signed on to the boards last week so i'm new at all of this and i want to gradually increase the fiber intake to my body. have a good day:) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
