Alot of times, sugarfree stuff uses fake sugar, such as aspartame or soribital to sweeten it, which, is a huge IBS trigger -Two Fig Newtons- fig newtons have insoluble fiber in them, but should be okay, as long you dont have them on an empty stomach Hope youre feeling better.
