I've tried psyllium, and I've tried the accacia,and although both have reduced D, they each have uncomfortable side effects that drive me crazy! Psyllium: gross bloating, some gas, and somewhat looser stools, and accacia, tons of unbearably smelly gas and constipation. Is there a way to find a happy medium, by using another supplement or by combining the two? Or is this painful, smelly gas here to stay? I'd love to hear your solutions! Laura
