Turkey Pepperoni       04/11/04 02:48 PM Edit Reply Quote Jules3 Reged: 03/10/04 Posts: 71 Poor tummy I feel for you, I had the same thing after my Passover dinner earlier this week. A few popovers are good for me right? Soluble fiber? WRONG...Apparently they are made with egg yolks and oil. Ouch. Hang in there, make some Rice Krispy treats in the shape of eggs and throw a little food coloring in. Then you'll at least have some easter dessert! One though, if the turkey pepperoni made you ill, try Jennie O Extra Lean turkey bacon. I find if you make it in the microwave, instead of the toaster oven, it gets very crispy, and could definetly pass for pepperoni. See if it bothers you. Happy Easter!
