I know the feeling for sure though. I woke up at a lovely 5:00 this morning so ill and not much has changed. I sinned yesterday and am paying for it big time(not to mention it is the first day of my period) I was so depressed over constantly being sick and having panic attacks and not being able to celebrate easter like normal with my family that I went and bought my favorite Fettuccini Alfredo w/chicken. I got all the way home with it before I realized I simply couldn't eat it and gave it away to my dad. I then went back out and bought two chicken strips from the store. Those unfortunately did not get given away and i ate them. It is the first thing that I have had in over a month that has more than say 5 grams of fat on any given day. I too am not taking the Donnatal because it makes me feel terrible mentally though I am convinced that it would stop this pain and nastiness.
