Just wanted to lighten the tone a little bit. And tell everyone that my lapse in the message board has been, because I have been TRAVELING!
I made the 2 hour road trip to the mall. Braved the mall (without insidence) and made the 2 hour road trip home. The following weekend I made the 7 hour trip to Phoenix to see my best friend (who has Crone's). We had a fabulous time! And I survived the 7 hour trip home.
This weekend my fiance and I bought bicycles and rode all over town, and my biggest fear was being hit by a car and not my tummy!
I am so thankful for this diet and everything I have learned from Heather and you all here on the board!
I was so frightened of my upcoming wedding (4 weeks! Yeah!) and now I am more worried about typical wedding stuff as apposed to worring about my belly!
I feel like a human again, and I am medication free! I mean I still have bad days, who doesn't, but at least they are only days, and not bad months!
Thank you all again for your support, ideas, information, and caring!
