Thanks Lyndeigh! That was really helfpul. I really need to boost my calorie intake ! OH well...I'm gonna try to make a banana carob high energy shake. I hope it doesn't cause my tummy any problems Anyhow...if I stay at home most of the day and then walk on the treadmill anywhere from 30 mins-60mins in all each day, would that be considered light exercise since I'm just inside most of the day? Maybe i'll consider it moderate since for me it seems like it and it wouldn't hurt to eat too many calories! Thanks so much. THat information was SO helpful. I don't feel so lost now!!!!!!!!
