I LOVE hummus...and salsa....and flour tortillas....as well as egg whites and seafood. I think I will incorporate your suggestions into my next few weeks. In fact, tomorrow I am having a PB&J on sourdough, with applesauce. Snack will be 1 1/2 c. Rice chex with 1 c. Rice milk...and dinner will be a sandwich with maybe turkey on it (I have been nearly vegan for years except for the fish, so we'll see how this settles) and Baked Doritos. Maybe some mango slices for dessert. Snack at night will be 12 fat free saltines with salsa and a pinch of rice cheddar. What do you think?? Let me know. You really are an angel!
