Its just an awful feeling to know its RIGHT there but just won't come out. When I get like that I use a glycerin suppository. I usually can't "hold" it in as long as it says, usually after 5 minutes, I'm ready to go. Not sure if its just the "stimulation" of using the suppository or what, but it almost always works for me. They are cheap, only a few dollars so maybe pick some up so they are handy next time! Hope you tushy feels better soon. -------------------- Taking it one day at a time.....
