Thanks Bevrs, Will give it a try. Like you I get nervous in social situations in fact in quite a few situations. Right now am coping with my mother who has Alzheimers and is now in a nursing home. It's hard that she doesn't know I'm her daughter but because she thinks I treat her well tells me she loves me anyway. She doesn't remember my name anymore either. It's hard seeing someone you love go through this, and seeing my dad so lonely without her. He sees her everyday and brings her by to see me. This website has helped me so much as well as all of you.
