Pat, I am so happy that you were able to go to the show, enjoy it and didn't have problems. I remember one of the things Heather said about eating out was that she always took fiber before she went. Sounds like you had a great meal too. I find whenever I go to movies, games, etc. I have to have a seat on the end. I am always thinking ahead that if I have to go to the bathroom I have to be able to get out easy. If I end up sitting in the middle of the isle I almost go into a panic and have to really get control of myself. When you get Heather's book you will be amazed at how much better you will feel after following her advise. The recipes are wonderful and it does feel good to eat something that tastes great and is good for the tummy too. For the most part I feel good but I do fall back into my bad eating habits every now and then and I usually pay. There are some foods that I love and I don't always have the will power to resist them. We will just take this one step at a time and maybe one day we will get to the point we can take that walk right after dinner. Janey
