Bev, I agree with you 100%. Most people have no idea what it is like to be afraid to take a walk right after dinner or to go out to eat without having to worry about spending half the meal in the bathroom. The things people take for granted. There are great bras out there for sagging tits and control top everything for the out of shape tummy. Until I found Heather's book and this web site, there was nothing for people who suffer from IBS. I don't know about you but I felt completely alone and it isn't something you can talk to others about. You gave me a good laugh today. Thanks. Don't know why I waited so long to join the board.
