Re: Diet for IBS with Constipation       04/02/04 02:53 PM Edit Reply Quote JuLee Reged: 03/23/04 Posts: 144 Loc: Flushing Queens NYC i have C as well... i use fiber con and it has been a great help to me. i can handle dairy though not in huge amounts. i have been following this diet for 2 weeks and i think it is the best thing ever....give it some time to work though...for us IBS-Cer's it takes more time to take effect than the Der's good luck and welcome!
