Hey all, I found a coffee substitute called Teeccino (tee-cheeno). You brew it just like coffee. It has no dairy, no caffeine, but is made with chickory, as well as figs, dates, peppermint, cocoa, etc. It boasts soluble fiber and inulin (not insulin) as two of its benefits. The Chocolate Mint is delicious with soy milk and CHOCOLATE soy milk!! But I'm uncertain about the chickory. I can't find anything on the site warning us away from it, so if anyone knows anything... thanks in advance.
