Diet for IBS with Constipation       04/02/04 09:22 AM Edit Reply Quote Wookie Reged: 04/01/04 Posts: 247 Loc: n/a I am new to this board and new with ibs-c. I am under care of my GI but would like to learn how to eat right for ibs-c. What I am confused about is this, are ibs-d and ibs-c supposed to use differnt diets? My GI says I need to not have any dairy and that is all. But I want to be well long term once I am off of zelnorm. Please help me understand what ibs-c people should eat and not eat.
