I don't recall any IBS issues with it, but I am very new to this whole IBS thing. At least to being aware of how things I consume affect it. I liked the Estroven, it seemed to help take the edge off of the moodiness, very gently. Although, I don't think anything really makes up fro getting plenty of sleep. I also shared it with a friend that really struggles with severe PMS, ( I don't think she has any IBS problems ) and she was helped by it too.
