Bless you, Heather!
Just got back from the doc appt. Hubby went in with me this time.
I'VE LOST 3 POUNDS IN ONLY 2 WEEKS!! Doc was ecstatic! I was flabberghasted, jumping up and down, hooting and hollering -- I created quite a scene.
How'd I do it, you ask? Well, it was Heather's doing. 2 weeks ago she suggested to me that I cut out sugaaaaa. And that's what I did. Okay, okay, so I had a little honey in my tea, but we're talkin' SUGAAAAA!! Cut it out, and 2 weeks later I'm 3 pounds down!
I am flyin' so high right now, I don't even need a Jack!
Okay, the cholesterol is a little high, but the doc is so pleased about my weight loss, and he said he can clearly see how hard I've been working at it -- I had food diaries, I had research on flax seed oil, I had my blood pressure chart -- I went prepared, folks, I mean PREPARED! He was very impressed. And that's why he DID NOT PUT ME ON ANY MORE MEDS for my cholesterol! Yaay! He said he's convinced if I can drop those 20 pounds we'll see that cholesterol come down too. He's given me 3 months to do it.
AND I CAN SOOOOO DO IT!
