I have Fibro and IBS symptoms. Heather's diet and advice are excellent for both. Go to the Mayo Clinic web-site and find the formula for the "re-hydration" solution that is used when you have traveler's diarrhea. The formula is the one I was using when my attacks were severe many months ago. It is excellent and will keep you alert and with energy. Rice and rice noodles are my staples when something is wrong. They are safe and will keep you, at least, 24 hours after an attack. Keep positive because you are going to get better.
