Oh yes!!! The other night, my fiance and his family were ordering from a chinese restaurant which they said was very good adn health consious. So I told them I wanted brown rice (I feel better with brown then white) and stir fried vegies (I digest most vegies very well) in as little oil as possible.
Within five minutes of eating the vegies I had blown up like a balloon, here came the nausea and the pains...Jesus. I woke up the next morning like I had the worst hangover.
Through passed experience I knew the only way to get over it was a good sweat at the gym.
I felt so weak on teh crosstrainer and had to take it slow but sweated ten times more then usual (like my body had to get something out). Oh thank God I didn't give up in teh first ten minutes like I was so tempted to. I felt normal again after my work out.
Sweat it out...it really helps me.
