I've been following this diet for a month now and I've lost 10 pounds!! I cut out caffeine, red meat, most fats and don't eat too much sugar and without even trying I started to shed the pounds!! I'm sure once you start following the diet you'll see that if you control how much sugar, fat, etc you eat then the carbs aren't really anything to worry about. You might even lose some weight too!!
