I feel like I want to throw up often though I don't (I take ginger tablets) years ago I lost alot of weight and was really scared cause I dropped so much and so quick. I was always getting sick and started to have anziety attacks cause I was afraid I would get sick when I went out and started to not want to go out. Once you get your IBS under control and start to relax the anxiety attacks go down. I took me a long time to stablize my IBS. A couple months in fact. Even when I first started a low dose of Acacia ( cause I can't handle the other fibers) I was getting sick. It was about 1 1/2 to adjust to the Acacia and now my life is starting to return to normal. So... don't worry it will come. And your energy level will come back. It's just down from stess and all the energy from worrying.
