Cara, I feel for you! I went through a similar thing two and a half years ago. I had alot of stress in my life, planning a wedding, moving, changin jobs, all at the same time. I found that almost anything could tip me off and cause me to panic. During that time I had a sensitive stomach, probably when my IBS began, but I had so much on my mind that my stomach was the least of my worries.
I had to focus on removing stress from my life. That really helped my panic attacks to subside, and for me to gain control. What I did was become focused on myself. I spent more time relaxing at home, and doing the things I love, which is cooking and crafts. It was hard to make myself take down time, but I needed it. After a few weeks and months it got better, and now I have not had an attack in over a year.
I wish you the best, please ask me if you have any other questions, HappyDay
