Good news! I found the Prodiem web site. And the pills aren't the same as the powder format. You are right, the powder is psyllium, but the pills are not ... I quote: "New PRODIEM BULK FIBRE THERAPY CAPLETS contain an innovative fibre, calcium polycarbophil, for effective and gentle relief of constipation with no gas or bloating and discomfort."
