Problem with Frozen Vegetables

Here's a question: does anyone have a bad reaction to frozen vegetables? It's a mix of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Granted I know cauliflower and broccoli aren't the easiest to digest, but I had prepared myself but having a soluble fiber supplement before dinner, then ate some rice, then some fish, then the veggies. And I had a bad reaction! I'm wondering if there's MSG in the frozen vegetables, and actually read an article that said there is MSG in most frozen vegetables, but it doesn't have to be listed on the package! Has anyone had a bad reaction from frozen veggies? Or was I just having a bad day? Thanks!
