You can get them at specialty stores or check out their website for a store near you that may carry them. www.orowest.com I love having waffles or IBS safe pancakes with soy yogurt usually peach flavored or raspberrry and a half of banana. I alternate during the week with rice chex and rice milk or rice crunch um cereals. Sometimes if on the go a slice of Zucchini bread and a glass of rice milk hot cocoa and a half of banana. Sometimes a muffin like cran-orange and 1 soy yogurt plain, chamomile tea. Breakfast s my favorite part of the day I have noproblems having breakfast everday, my problem is evening meals so I don't eat past 5 or 6 pm, just have lite snack.
