If you like egg whites try this recipe! My boyfriend is a competitive bodybuilder and during "on-season" we eat this all the time )breakfast, lunch and dinner)
4-6 egg whites 1/2c. 1 mintue oatmeal dash of cinnamon 1 teaspoon on water
Mix all together and poor 1/4c. into frying pan and make pancakes. i top with honey, and pb...but you can also use syrup!!
