Tomato Sauce??

Good morning all, I haven't posted in a while but I'm
feeling pretty awful right now. Last night I had a little bit of pasta with tomato sauce and have been up since 3:00a.m.

Generally, I thought I was able to tolerate tomato sauce but now I'm now so sure. The pain in the my left side is intense. I was fine during the day yesterday -- had a plain roll for breakfast, lite lunch of chicken pot stickers and rice (steamed) and then the pasta.

I don't have any meds as I go to the doc on Friday for a follow up visit and worst of all I came into work when I should have stayed home.

Is it the tomato sauce? Thanks.
