From your other posts, it looks like you'll be a human pin cushion soon!! Not fun. And feeling depressed doesn't make it any easier. If you can't cry and want to (a sure sign very deep depression I'd say, at least it was for me), try cutting some onions. I know that sounds silly, but it might help to get those tear ducts working again. And then watch out, once you start crying you might not stop....but then "The more you cry, the less you pee!" (You are supposed to LAUGH now ) My IBS is doing alright--I just got my acacia and peppermint caps in the mail today and can't way to try them. I've still got some bloating and swinging between C and D, but I'm WAY better and I'm sure the acacia will help even things out. Still, keeping stress under control is tough! Maybe I should just sleep all day instead of dealing with real life! Speaking of sleep, how is your fatigue level these days? Can you get sleep if you really need it or do the meds have you too screwed up? Hang in there...and I am more than willing to be a pseudo-therapist if you need it(or more likely just a virtual shoulder to cry on). Unfortunately, I know a heck of a lot about the history of psychology and the foundations of modern psychology, but not much about it now. So if you're down with Mr. Mesmer (YES there was such a guy and that's where we get the word "mesmerizing") and Dr. Freud, I'm your woman!
