I was really out of balance. My protein was low, too. My respiratory problems are from allergic rhinitis, but I have no idea what on earth I'm allergic to. (Except citrus). Sometimes I think I'm allergic to air! My daughter has suffered from sinusitis and ear infections since she was born and it's never let up. Every year of her life, she has at least 5 or 6 bouts of it; sometimes more. She catches everything that goes around, but it always ends up making her sicker than everybody else. When I read some of your posts, it reminds me of my own daughter. I just know how you're longing to be well and do what young people enjoy doing without being sick all the time. Just do what you can to help yourself, and give the rest to God. (Do your best, commit the rest). I'm looking forward to the day that you are well again, and that day IS coming. You are such a sweet person, Ruchie. I can't believe that you are able to be so concerned for others, when you are so sick yourself. You get better now; and take care of yourself, little one.
