Not diarrhea, but just soft bowel movements that make me cramp and seem to take forever. I also have awful, embarrassing gas. Do you think it would help if I used an enema the night before the onset of my period? The idea is gross, but I wonder if it might help. Sorry so gross... Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
