It's really important to get a doctor to confirm it as there's a number of other things with similar symptoms but different treatments. The low carb thing has been proven wrong, even tho alot of people still believe it. For those of us with IBS, a low carb diet is disastrous. Stick with low fat soluble fiber foods. Follow the approach outlined elsewhere on this site and feel free to ask any questions you can't find answered elsewhere. Sorry to hear you have MS.
