I was a little apprehensive about the flight at first but made it through with minimal problems. Just before I departed I went to the chemist to top up my Benefibre and came across something called Mintec; Mintec is an enteric coated peppermint capsule specifically for IBS and for me it really works to control bloating and stomach discomfort. On the face of it it is similar to Heather's peppermint capsules minus the fennel but for those in OZ you can pick it up at the chemist.
