Hi,

I also have the keeping on weight problem and when the IBS-D is real bad I was resorting to The Ensures as well per advice od doctor. But they do not sit well with me either. The ones I was drinking had 6 grams of fat (the high protein ones) so I did not think that that was the problem but the ingredients list Sodium Caseinates pretty high up in the ingredient list which I think maeans their are alot of those in there. My thought was, and maybe others on the board could verify, that this was a milk/dairy product and that was what was giving me the trouble.

I had much better luck stabilizing myself using Heather's stabilizing diet for a few days and then adding in other real foods as I got better.
