I've used it in the past when really ill. At first I could drink it with no problem and later on couldn't, didn't know why

If you need something to eat when you are really bad Heather has some good tips in her book and maybe on line recipies that someone else can direct you to as I'm new here myself. Best of luck. I think you will find help here, probably as good if not better than your doctor.
