Zelnorm worked for a while, but stopped. Mirilax didn't really work for me either. I started taking it on a Tuesday and I did not have a bm until the following Wednesday. My doctor suggested I take it twice a day, but I have not started doing that. I'm just not too keen on taking that much of a laxitive.
