I have it too. Hopefully no more diverticulitis, I hope? Have you given any thought to Heather's acacia? I used to take Citrucel, but I switched to the acacia, and I like it SOOO much better! A lot of us have switched to the acacia. You can order it from Heather; she ships everywhere. Check it out.
