Diverticulus - Metamucil       03/08/04 12:54 PM Edit Reply Quote ArtKen Reged: 07/12/03 Posts: 301 Loc: Brantford, Ontario, Canada Still have problems with diverticulus, mainly constipation at times rather than other. I do take Metamucul on a daily basis but although pharmacist and physician deny it I believe I read somewhere on here where Psylliun over time can lose it's effectiveness. If so is ther another supplement I can try that does not require a major change in adjusting? Also since since it is more constipation rather than other should I make a major change in diet?
