Getting Discouraged       03/08/04 08:02 AM Edit Reply Quote Roz Reged: 02/29/04 Posts: 35 Loc: New York Hi again: My husband has been faithfully following "the diet" for the past 2 weeks and is up to 3 grams of metamucil ( working his way up to the suggested 12-15 gram dosage) He is still getting frequent D attacks.
