It's me, Bev. I'm not a "C" so I don't know if I can help much. But something you said bothers me: (Quote) "I look around me and wish I were everyone else." (Unquote)
I hope you don't mean that. Believe me, if you could trade places with anyone, you wouldn't. When we hear other's tales of woe, it makes ours seem so much more bearable. I've mentioned my Canadian friend several times on these boards, but I want to tell you about him. He had throat cancer and went through chemo. Although the cancer is in remission, the chemo did a number on his throat, such that he can never eat any solid food EVER again. He gets all his nutrition through IVs. My heart just goes out to this man -- just talking about it brings tears to my eyes -- yet when I see him, he acts so "normal" as though nothing was wrong with him. I admire him SOOO much; he is such an inspiration to me -- I just don't feel like I have IBS at all when I'm around him. I wouldn't trade places with ANYONE, Girlfriend, and Cristy, I honestly believe you would not either.
See the doctor; if the doc doesn't help, see a different doc. You WILL get better -- just remember, you have some CDs coming from Michael!
