If it helps...
I use NutriBiotic Vegan Rice Protein in an attempt to add some weight back. The rice protein does not have any dairy or soy in it. I would use it more than once a day, if I could figure out some way of preserving whatever I mix it with [at work].

There is hardly any fiber in it, though. It is a straight 12g of protein. I mix it with my soluble fiber supplement, fruit, and some brown rice syrup for flavor. It tastes pretty darn good...

The key to gaining weight is resistance training and consuming more calories than you burn. The rule of thumb is: "Eat more. If you cannot, eat more."
