I love those too! Well, actually I like Quakes, not regular rice cakes... close enough. They're one of my safest snacks. Plus I recently got hooked on apple cinnamon soy crisps. They're made by Genisoy, and the seasonings sprinkled on them make them taste just like cinnamon toast crunch cereal! And since that has milk and I can no longer have it I was so pleased to discover the soy crisps.
I also love munching on No Pudge brownies and all the great safe quick breads and muffins on the recipe index!
Oh yeah, and Rold Gold Honey Wheat Pretzel Twists. They have some whole wheat flour in them, but not enough to bother me, so I get some extra insolubles that way!
