My doctor said that Miralax was my only solution to my "slow colon," and that I should just accept the fact that I'll have to take it every day, indefinitely.
But I'm finding that the pain continues even though I'm no longer completely clogged up.

Can Michele, or anyone, explain the problems with Miralax?
And, would the "eating for IBS diet" help with the pain/spasms that I have even with the Miralax?
