Excited about "Eating for IBS"       02/20/04 07:49 AM Edit Reply Quote Heather Fraser Reged: 01/08/04 Posts: 18 Loc: Ohio I am excited to tell you that last night was the first time ever (since my radiation 3 years ago) that I have been able to eat in a restaurant without having to run for the bathroom before the meal was over! In fact, I had no problems at all! I've had IBS off and on all my life but after abdominal radiation life became a nightmare. I have been half-heartedly following the Eating for IBS but just recently decided it was time to get serious. I am following all the rules and I just feel like a new person. I am so thankful.
