So the allergy tests came back negative. ALL of them. But, I could still be INTOLERANT to things even if I'm not ALLERGIC to them.

So...back to square one.

A friend of my hubby's has yeast (yep, a male). He's on a yeast-free diet. I wanted to buy the book "The Yeast Connection" but we don't really have the money right now to buy the book. So I figure I'll try a yeast-free diet and if I get better, I'll know the culprit! (I really hope it's not yeast--I'm addicted to bread, cous-cous, and soy sauce!)

So I need to know what had yeast and what to eat/what not to eat. I know you can't have sugar...does this mean no pasta because it "turns to sugar"?

Any info. you have (I searched on-line and found people selling their products...not helping guide me in terms of diet...)...I would really appreciate!
